Step-by-Step Instructions

To form the wings, simpley fold them into a bow shape by hand and tie with scrap ribbon.

For the skirt, cute a "V" shape into each side of your skirt ribbon.

Fold the skirt down as show in the picture, using a dab of glue inside the fold to hold the shape.

Now, fold the sides of the skirt inward, using glue to attach.
Turn the skirt over and glue the waist loop to the back.
Prepare length of ribbon you are using for the arms by cutting each end at an angle.
Fold into a V and glue between the fold.
Turn over the body, glue wings to waist, fold legs in half, glue below wings. Glue arms to top of waist.

Fold a length of hair into a circle. Fold in half the 3-inch piece and glue thecenter to make fold stick.

This is what the hair looks like from the back. You may have to trim 3-inch piece to fit on back.

Form the head loop and glue to top of arms.

Take scrap pieces from skirt and make “slippers”. Attach eyes and mouth. And TADA! Tinkerbell. Attach to clip.
