The Pony Tail Streamers design and photos were provided by Jessie Mitchell. Many thanks to Jessie for helping to enlarge our collection of FREE bow instructions. Materials
Step-by-Step Instructions Take various lengths of ribbon i use 12-14 inch
length anywhere between 5-8 of them, any size from 1/4 to 1.5 inch.
I use aleene's tacky glue. you lay the ribbon out and put a dab of
glue at the midpoint of the ribbon and slightly overlap each layer,
don't stack them on top of each other. Let it dry for about 15 min.
Then take a needle and thread and weave it through the layers. push
all the layers together, pull the needle all the way through and sew
about 3 times. Tie it off. hot glue the binder to the ribbons. then
take about 2.5 inch piece of 3/8 ribbon. tie knot in it loosely.
then glue knot to top of streamers, wrap around the binder and
streamers glue.
