Materials:
Half a yard Grosgrain ribbon
Floral wire
Wire cutters
Hot glue
Decorative pearl string
Barrette or alligator clip

Instructions:
Cut the 1/2 yard in half and then half again, so you have 4 equal pieces. Take one piece and bring the ends to the middle. Fold that piece in half longwise. Stick a needle through the ribbon once it's folded to hold it while you make the next piece. Do the same with the second half. Take the two folded pieces together and tie with wire or carpet thread. Hot glue a length of decorative pearls over the middle and then hot glue the bows to the barrettes or clips.
